Our surgeon’s draw from their experiences both locally and internationally, providing a personalised service to all patients from the initial consultation, through the diagnostic process to management and rehabilitation. | Dr Daniel Benz joins Hunter Orthopaedic Surgery We are excited to announce that Dr Daniel Benz will be joining our practice in mid September. Daniel has a special interest in Shoulder, Knee conditions and general orthopaedic trauma. He has just returned from Fellowships in London and Vancouver, furthering his skills and experience in these areas. He has appointments at Maitland Private Hospital, Maitland Hospital, John Hunter Hospital and Belmont Hospital. We are taking referrals for Dr Benz for appointments from 16th September 2026. Please Note: For any significant concerns, outside rooms hours, please contact the hospital if you have recently been discharged following surgery. Otherwise contact your GP or go to your nearest Emergency Department. We are closed all Public Holidays and for a period in December and January. |
